Which begs the question, where do I want to eat tonight? I thought I’d get my wheels turning with some food for thought:

  • Conch fritters with jicama avocado dumplings @ Cafe Atlantico- what brings the fun to this bite are the jicama avocado “fun bags”*  that come with it (* dubbed by my good friend Neal).
  • Palak chaat @ Rasika - Airy and crispy fried spinach leaves with sweet yogurt and a date chutney. A combination of flavors/textures you probably never had…but should!
  • Dolmeh at Zaytinya –  The Z also has the best interpretation of the med dish! but the tangy grape leaves filled with rice, bits of tomato, pine nuts and raisins are equally as delicious as their Kibbeh… just vegetarian… and less guilty
  • Bone-in chicken kabob @ Ravi Kabob – Make sure it’s bone in! Makes a world of difference!
  • Barbecue Beef Brisket @Rocklands – Smoky, full of flavor and on their good days – perfectly juicy. Couple this with their tangy NOT too sweet bbq sauce with onions.

Decisions… decisions… Happy eating!
