If you’ve been following this blog, I had a little debate with one of my friends about how a burger should be cooked.
I even threw it out to the Serious Eats Community.

Maybe “Ray’s Hell” was wrong. Maybe their medium rare recommendation is just hindering their burger from perfection. Next time I’ll give the medium prep a try and test it out.
